Mänea (Mänean: Öxänxä Änemäne /øʃænʃæ ænemæne/, officially the United Islands of Mänea, is a country located on the archipelago in the north of Akulanen.

The main language of government and lingua franca of Mänea is Mänean AKA Kömäni Mänean. Other dialects/full distinct languages of Mänean include Northern Mänean and Southern Mänean. The Mänean language(s) form a dialect continuum (S. Mänean = K. Mänean w/ a S. twist = K. Mänean = K. Mänean w/ a N. twist = N. Mänean ≠ S. Mänean). Although not yet recognized by the Mänean government as an official language, there is a grown population of Hlao speakers.
