Beşev "Yerceven" Şayadren (Template:IPA-bks) was a Shomosvani politician and leader of the Kuulist Balak People's Front, ruling the country as president and dictator from 1952 until 1967.
During the early years of his rule he commissioned the construction of Sácar, which would act as the new capital city upon completion, along the Balak River.
