Beşev "Yerceven" Seháren (Template:IPA-bks) was a Balaki politician and leader of the Sannist Balaki National Front born to the noble Seháren family, ruling the country as president and dictator from 1922 until his deposition and assassination in 1954.
During the early years of his rule he reincorporated the region of Beduyemi into Balakia and commissioned the construction of Sácar, which would act as the new capital city upon completion, along the Kashis River.
