Akanetism is an ideology based on the ancient system of governance on pre-colonisation Pulehono, which led to a revolution against the dictatorship in Kuulist Pulehono.

Its followers believe in a federation of regions within one nation. Each federation has a council of elected representatives, whose jobs are to run the government in that region. However, all decisions need to pass through the democratic system, where once a week, at voting stations in every notable settlement, a congregation of citizens vote on a ballot on whatever the government wishes to instate or repeal. This process is entirely voluntary. Individual rights are the most important goal of Akanetism to be uphold. There is an economy wherein the citizens are free to engage by buying and selling. There is semi-nationalisation, where the local governments run their own businesses in most fields, where all the profits are spent in the government on public services. This means there are very low taxes, and possibly none at all, as the money into the government comes from selling goods to the citizens. However, services such as police, paramedic, vital healthcare, and firefighting are completely free to use, and are paid with the very low taxes and the profits from national business.
