Congaval (Dezaking: Kión'gaval [ˈcõgaval]), officially the Union of the Three Gulfs (Kiónsi Gat Válguz [cõʃi ⁿgat vaɫguzˠ]), is a country located on the Püzimmese peninsula. It was formed on May 18th, 2018, after Rovenia and Madinia agreed to come together and form a new country.

Etymology

Kionsi Gat Valguz is Dezaking for "Union of the Three Gulfs". It is often shortened to Kión'gaval, which is anglicized to Congaval. The three gulfs refer to the Miroz Gulf (Kionsi Miroz) in the western part of the country, Nanja Gulf (Kionsi Nadia) in the northeastern part, and Gisé Gulf (Kiónsi Gisé) in the eastern part.

Government

The federal government is split into 4 branches.

Executive

The executive branch is made up of the Regional Council, comprising of three members, one from each state. The current members are Soizoe Maramanxa from Cobena, Laxé Nuvoenopá from Mirozda, and Liszii Banīoczamái from Evanja. They collectively act as the head of government, and serve for terms of 2 years.

The seniormost councilor takes the title of president, meaning it rotates every 8 months between the three states. The current president is Soizoe Maramanxa.

The legislative branch is made up of the Municipal Council, with one member from each municipality.

Judicial=

The judicial branch is made up of 9 judges

Departmental=

The departmental branch is mostly located within the former capital of Congaval, Cobena City. This branch deals with governmental services such as healthcare, banks, and transportation.

Administrative divisions

Congaval is split into 3 states and 3 independent cities. The states are Cobena (Kobena), Mirozda (Mirozda), and Evanja (Evadia) and the cities are Moraun (Moraùn), Osumak (Ósumak), and Dezaking City (Bena Desoaking)

Each state is divided into counties, with 11 in Cobena, 12 in Mirozda, and 13 in Evanja, while each of the independent cities count as a county. In total, there are 39 counties.

Each county is then divided into many municipalities.

Language

Congaval doesn't have one official language. Its lingua franca is Dezaking, but each region has its own official language. Cobena has Cobenan, Mirozda has Miroz, and Evanja has Evanese. Some counties also have official languages.
