Garohe (IPA: /garohe/, Modern Garuhish: Gueruh, IPA: /gə'ɾuhə/), officially the Democratic Republic of Garohe, is a country located in the region of Puzimm, east of Congaval. Garohe is known for being highly interested and invested in the fields of science and technology; it is also home to the Jutean-Garuhish creole, natively: Tavï Öräkiä ër; it used to have a monarchy, this monarchical period gave rise to much of the nation's modern cultural traits.
Etymology
The country's name comes from early Proto-Garuhish "Gren zukh'il" (IPA: /gɾen zukʰil/), which roughly translates to "the land of the people".
History
Geography
The country is comprised of two major islands: Akuvi and Onakia. there are other smaller islands around these as well. There are a couple of mountains and high points, but most of the land contains rivers, lakes, rainforests and grass plains.
Geology
Climate
The islands are located in a Tropical Rainforest climate, with precipitation being commonplace during the winter seasons, and a warm, sunny environment during summer and spring. Winds aren't generally strong, however, hurricanes are prone to appearing during winter.
Biodiversity
Some of the most iconic animal life is present in the seas surrounding the islands; they are home to sealife such as the coconut crab, several species of octopus and squid, dolphins and swordfish are also present.
Land animals include alligators, crocodiles, monkeys, snakes, parrots, seagulls, among others.
Multiple types of berries and fruit are native to the islands as well, the most common of which is the coconut, however, dates, acerola and others are also found. Other fruit, such as bananas and mangos are also frecuently encountered.

Religion
Garohe follows a polytheistic religion, centered around the (no name) pantheon.
Culture
The modern culture of Garohe was the result of the monarchical period that the country went through; the curious drive and the selfless behaviour of Garuhish people are some examples of this.
The Garuhish people are very respectful but reserved, and somewhat "cold" individuals; however, they are warm towards foreigners and are generally happy to hear of any kind of international recognition.
Garuhish people are also known to be extremely curious and hard-working. Any topic that they haven't mastered suddenly becomes their main obsession and point of interest; thriving for understanding and, in most cases, perfection.
If someone, be they a foreigner or a fellow countryman, needs help, Garuhish people are ready to give it to them, in an altruistic manner, as they believe that in order to function as a society, everyone must be able to contribute to society as a whole, as well as to individuals (might change later, sounds kinda weird rn).

Literature
Inspired by the authors of classic (pantheon) myths, most of Garuhish literature falls under the sci-fi, fantasy, mystery and detective genres.
Art
Music
The Music scene in Garohe is mostly ruled by Punk Rock, although Ska Punk, Pop Rock, and Pop music are also predominant.
