Koarátkeiŋ (Niryokulta: [ˈkʰoa̯.ɹæ:t.kʰejŋ]) is the capital and the biggest city of Akamyokulta located on the Hatgagám island in Ihpeiŋijat gulf. It is also the county seat of both Southern Islands Region and Hatgalaš municipality.

It is believed that Koarátkeiŋ was one of the first Yokultan settlements founded by Yokultans on the islands, approximately in the 11th or 12th century. The city was then officially estabilished in 1823 and named Koarátkeiŋ. Until then, it had several nicknames and aliases.
