Leizhak (pronunciation: // ) is the largest city and the legislative capital of Qotsia. It borders Thargun by a river.
Besides being the largest city in Qotsia, it is also the oldest city in Qotsia.
Etymology
The name Leizhak is from Greater Osveraali ḷẻ'ʒäk, which literally means "water place" in the Greater Osveraali language.
History
Geography
Leizhak is on the north plain area of Qotsia and is by a river which marks the border of Qotsia and Thargun.
Climate
Like most parts of Qotsia, Leizhak has a warm summer humid continental climate(Dfb).

Culture
The Leizhak University is the major university of the city, it is also the oldest, largest and most prestigeous university in Qotsia.
Economy
Leizhak is the commercial centre of Qotsia, it produces the lion's share of GDP of Qotsia.
Government
Leizhak is mostly governed by its own city council.
Demographics
More than 90% of its population are Qotsian dalars; however, there's a significant representation of Thargun dalars in the city, as Thargun dalars make up around 10% of the population of Leizhak.
