Piringia (IPA: /pɪɹɪndʒə/, Native language: Piringa, IPA: /piriŋa/), officially the Insular Kingdom of Piringia, was a country located in Soltenna, south-west of Pulehono, east of Pakunel. It was an absolute monarchy that was reasonably historically isolated. Terminia came in contact with Piringia towards the 1400's, converting them from a local paganism to Pashaism.

In November 2014, Piringia underwent a Kúúlist revolution which overthrew the monarchy, and renamed the country to the People's Republic of Syoranka.

Etymology

The native name Piringa, contrary to popular belief, does not come from Proto-Pringian Fryqinxdhcdxi, /fryʔiŋdʰəði/, which refered to the Varkanic people, but rather from Vöryjcnxnaq, /vøryjəŋnaʔ/, which was the name of their earth deity, and later came to symbolise the land on which they lived.
