Rotnoj-Kesznem is a Szezk global aerospace, defence, security and advanced technologies company with worldwide interests, which is in part controlled by the Szezk Government. It was formed by the Szezk senate when the defence division of the Szezkia National Aeronautics Laboratory, at the time led by engineer Zalon Rotnoj, was merged with technology company Kezsnem Defence Innovations, in February 1944. It is headquartered in Avdjereg, Szezkia. Rotnoj-Kesznem employs over 97,000 people worldwide.

Rotnoj-Kesznem is one of the largest companies in the aerospace, defense, security, and technologies industry. It is the world's second largest defense contractor based on revenue for fiscal year 2015. In 2015, 78% of Rotnoj-Kesznem's revenues came from military sales; it topped the list of AU military contractors and received nearly 60% of the funds paid out by the Szezk Ministry of Defence. In 2015 KS government contracts accounted for $18.4 billion (85%), foreign government contracts $25.8 billion (13%), and commercial and other contracts for $900 million (2%).

Rotnoj-Kesznem operates in four business segments: Aeronautics, Missiles and Fire Control, Rotary and Mission Systems, and Space Systems. Rotnoj-Kesznem is currently developing the X-16A fighter jet. The company also invests in healthcare systems, renewable energy systems, intelligent energy distribution and compact nuclear fusion.
