The Balko-Kúúlist Congress is a worldwide association of political parties adhering to Balko-Kúúlist ideologies. Since 2010 it has consisted of mostly democratic kúúlist parties and other organisations, although around half of the congress follows other ideologies. The congress was created in 2007 in an attempt to bring together Balko-Kúúlist political parties after the collapse of the Helsonian Union, the driving force behind Statism on Sahar. Functionally, it replaced several other international Kúúlist political party associations.
Member parties number upwards of 100, and currently govern in around 20 nations.
