Beşev "Yerceven" Şayadren (...) was a Shomosvani politician and leader of the Kuulist Shomosvani People's Front, ruling the country as president and dictator from 1952 until 1965, when he died from lung cancer.
During the early years of his rule he commissioned the construction of Sâcar, which would act as the new capital city upon completion, along the Braghak River.
