The Chief Executive Officer of the Ekuosian Union is the most senior position in the Ekuosian Union. He is elected directly by the Ekuosian Chamber for a two-year term, and is the union's principal representative on the world stage. The incumbent, Gerut Mánísut, has been CEO since 2015 and was reelected in 2017.
