Congaval (Dezaking: Kión'gaval [cṍŋɑ̃̂ṽˠə̃̀ɫ]), officially the Union of the Three Gulfs (Kiónsi Gat Válguz [cṍʃî ⁿgǎt váɫŋũ̂zˠ]), is a country located on the Püzimmese peninsula. It was formed on May 18th, 2018, after Rovenia and Madinia agreed to come together and form a new country.

Etymology

Kiónsi Gat Válguz is Dezaking for "Union of the Three Gulfs" (Gulf Three Union). It is often shortened to Kión'gaval. The three gulfs refer to the Miroz Gulf (Kiónsi Míroz) in the western part of the country, Nanja Gulf (Kiónsi Nágia) in the northeastern part, and Gise Gulf (Kiónsi Gíse) in the eastern part.

Government

The federal government is split into 4 branches.

Executive

The executive branch is the only branch fully located within Moraùn. It is made up of the Regional Council, which is made up of one leader from each Region. The title of Busan, meaning "leader", shifts between each member every 8 months with the pattern going Evanja, Mirozda, Cobena. Elections are held every other year for the new RC members. The current Búsan is Pinh Mãng Lavanethín from Evanja.

=Legislative

The legislative branch is temporarily headquartered in Cofam, the capital of Mirozda while Moraùn gets built more. It is made up of one house, called the Metropolitan Council. It has 316 members, one from each metro in Congaval.

Judicial=

The judicial branch is temporarily headquartered in Consi City, the capital of Evanja. It is made up of 9 judges, which are chosen by the RC. The power of choosing a judge shifts between members of the RC. For example, if the Evanese member of the RC chose the last judge, the Cobenan member chooses next. This goes in the opposite order of the Busan pattern.

Departmental=

The departmental branch is temporarily headquartered in Cobena City, the capital of Cobena. This branch deals with governmental services such as healthcare, banks, and transportation.

Administrative divisions

Congaval is split into 3 regions and 2 independent counties. The regions from west to east are Cobena (Kobénapeg), Mirozda (Mírozda), and Evanja (Evágia). The independent counties are Moraun (Moraùn) in the southwest and Osumak (Ósumak) in the northeast.

Each region is then split into counties. Cobena has 13 counties, Mirozda has 14, and Evanja has 12. This means Congaval has 41 counties, including the two independent counties.

Most counties are further divided into metropolitan areas. Cobena has 138 metros, Mirozda and Evanja have 86 each, Osumak has 5, and Moraun has 1. This means Congaval has 316 metros.
