Czuczlhayaa (IPA: /ʝɯʝʟɑjɑ:/) is the third largest city in Lhavres by population (it is the largest in the country by land area) and the historical capital of the ancient Czucz Empire. It is the 5th largest city in the world by population, and one of the oldest continually inhabited cities in the world, with earliest signs of permanent settlement dating back over 7,000 years. The city, built on the island of Czucz, is well-known for being culturally distinct from the rest of Lhavres due to its enduring customs dating to the Czucz Empire, and within the city and the state of Czucz most Kavrinhäk speak Czucz, a language entirely unrelated to Kavrinian that is comparably much more difficult if not outright impossible for a person of any species except Kav to learn. For this reason, the vast majority of inhabitants of the city (approximately 93% of its population) are Kavrinh, with the remaining one million or so being mainly traders and translators from other parts of Lhavres.
