Doremarah(Siyan: [Dôrēmärəh]), also known as D'marah, Remarah, or 'Marah as local slang in the modern age. Located in the Southern Island while bordering the Gulf of Sharkunen, the city has a population of 1.562 million in its urban center, making it Lenezan's third-largest city after Afąván.
Doremarah was officially founded in the 1300s as an offshoot of the Twin Island Confederacy and fully incorporated into Lenezan in 1405. As a commercial center of Lenezan and one of the emergent financial centers in the Gulf of Sharkunen, Doremarah is considered a beta-level global city by the Globalization and Sahar Cities Research Network. Doremarah accommodates the Education City, an area devoted to research and education; Nukuňava Medical City, an Nukuňava Medical Corporation administrative area of medical care which includes Nukuňava General Hospital, Heart Hospital, Women's Wellness, and Research Center and South Island Rehabilitation Institute as well as a number of specialty clinics and support infrastructure. Finally, it also includes Doremarah Sports City, or Aspire Zone, an international sports destination that includes Lotus Stadium, as well as Nukuňava Aquatic Center, and the Ascendence Dome.
