Enin Ganas am-Tıbudh is an Algazi novelist and filmmaker. Born in Ebo Nganagam, she worked as a journalist in Yazurum before the publication of her first novel, The Date Farm (1983). Ganas am-Tıbudh's work frequently deal with identity and the diaspora, as well gender and spirituality, and she is known for her subtly surreal motifs.
Much of Ganas am-Tıbudh's work has been met with critical and commercial success both within the Algazi Union and abroad; A Revelation (2005) remains the second-most translated work of Algazi literature, after the works of i-Barigha. Ganas am-Tıbudh has been called "the greatest living Algazi author" by the Eyadhan Review, and has reveived numerous awards. Most notably, she won the Sphinx Award at the Mırad Biennial in both 2005 and 2015, the first author in over one hundred years to receive the award twice.
