The Varnas are like governors of the Federalities in the Empire, they act as a middle ground between the Parliament and the Monarchy, but are responsible for many administrative tasks, such as taxes and leasing private property. The Parliament is the primary legislative body creating and judging laws. In membership, it is similar to the Roman Senate, with members being elected every 4 years and elected for life or resignation. Members can be dismissed for various reasons, such as sickness and old age, or corruption and bribery. Many members will never die in their position, as most resign in their 50's or are dismissed for any reason. The Empire is known for its fish, oil, and tin. The Empire has an abundance of these resources and often exports great amounts of them.

Fyšân Empire (Fyš: Lralatoń Fyšân [lralatoŋ fʌʃæn]), officially the The Parliamentary Empire of Fyšânza, is a country located on Southern Baredina bordering the Holy Xhovian Empire. Originally many different states, the Fyšân Empire came into existence on March 27th, 1804 after the state of Krätu began a spree of conquests of its neighbors. The Fyšân Empire quickly found its economy growing and stability increasing, and very soon it would be able to strengthen its hold over its newly conquered areas. The Fyšân Government is made up of three distinct branches, the Monarchy, the Varnas, and the Parliament. The Monarchy holds the most power, being able to overrule the other two branches in a 1-on-1 debate. The Monarchy is responsible for foreign affairs and acts as a leader of the military.
