Fyevan (Terminian: Fjevńi, IPA: //; Fyevan Hemeshi: , IPA: //), officially the Terminian Kingdom of Fyevan, is a country located in the Hemesh peninsula in Ekuosia. Fyevan is the smallest sovereign state located in Hemesh, occupying only 191,923 square kilometres, but the second-biggest by population and population density. It is bordered by the Kingdom of Hemesh to the south, Orzun to the east, the Arimizziya Sea to the west, and the Argeyaz Bay to the Northeast.

Fyevan has been a centre for historical activity on the Hemeshi peninsula, with its capital Kuvsvjad acting as the capital of the Empire of Hemesh as early as the 14th century. It was one of the richest cities in western Ekuosia for centuries as the epicentre of Terminian influence and wealth in the Argeyaz bay. After the collapse of Terminia in the late 1400s, Fyevan remained the capital of the peninsula, although the power and influence of the Emperor in Fyevan steadily declined. In the 18th century, the region was conquered by Olboros Terminia, which introduced Olboros rule to Fyevan and strengthened the prevalence of Pashaism and Terminian culture which remains to this day. Fyevan was united with Letzian Hemesh in 1888, and the Fyevani Olboros were eclipsed in favour of the southern Adozi. This system remained through the Lestzi withdrawal, Great Ekuosian War, and Partition of Hemesh, finally culminating in 1965 with the Fyevani War of Independence from West Hemesh. Fyevan gained gradual international recognition throughout the 1970s, before the accession of Hemesh to the Ekuosian Union in 1977 forced the country to rescind its territorial claims to Fyevan.

King Jectrn III Olboros IV has been the King of Fyevan since his father's death in 2002. Fyevan is defined as a constitutional monarchy, although the king still wields significant power and influence over the government and parliament. A constitutional amendment in 2005 gave the king expanded executive powers which were widely decried by the Ekuosian Union as threatening democratic rule.

Today, Fyevan is a member of the International Congress since 1979, a founding member of the Pashaist League, and a full member of the Ekuosian Union since 2010. Despite its moderate oil reserves, a significant portion of Fyevan's economy revolves around tourism, fishing and agriculture, which sets it apart from its largely oil-dependent neighbours. Fyevan has been rated as one of the most improved nations in the world in terms of development over the past 40 years, with a regionally high HDI and low income inequality. Fyevan joined the Terminian Co-Operation Initiative as an associated state of the Terminian Dominion in 2017.
