Hampuhot Tamehar, born Haşam Tamehar and also known as Haşam I, was the first khan of the khanate of Rashtun, with its capital at Kişkaman. Formerly a general in the ranks of the Great Horde, Hampuhot took control of Rashtun following the empire's dissolution in 1657. In spite of the Great Horde's collapse Hampuhot maintained close diplomatic ties with the House of Oshar, and X. Following an insurrection by his older brother Vaha Tamehar, who had seized control of much of the khanate of Wozan, Hampuhot's army defeated him in the X war.

During his 15-year reign Haşam issued the first Taşta coins, supported the continuation of the Great Horde's Ğizên system in Rashtuni theology and funded the construction of the prestigious University of Nävankat; his contributions to religious institutions earned him the title Hämpuhot ("bearer of the holy light").

Hampuhot was posthumously awarded the title Hakkat Kotlenbeş (Great Khan of the Kothlens) in recognition of Rashtun's rise to dominance among, and influence over, the Gushli khanates during his reign. This title was used informally to refer to the Khan of Rashtun until X, and would later be formally adopted the first khan of a united Gushlia, Sagam I, and later by Sagam II following the collapse of the Union of Shomosvan.
