Hladmor-Batler, or simply Hladmor, is a self-proclaimed totalitarian absolute monarchy in vassalage under the Greater Atsiq Empire. It is a country located within the continent of Atsiq, constituting the majority of Atsiq's eastern coast for which it is named. It borders the Greater Atsiq Empire and TBD. Byére is Hladmor's most populous city, as well as its de facto capital. Following the collapse of the Greater Atsiq Empire, it had de jure been released as per the terms of the Atsiqan Wars, though despite this proclamation Hladmor-Batler proclaims itself as a vassal state in ignorance of the treaty provisions.

According to the articles of its constitution, it proclaims itself as a "Free nation in accordance to the guidelines established by the land, enforced by this nation's legislature". Despite this proclamation, the country lacks a functioning legislature, as the country remains a militaristic absolute monarchy under an elaborate cult of personality founded and established by Grand Duchess Góater Tvóambev. In addition, the articles of its constitution proclaims itself as adhering to a policy of Sémb jéired, or "self-improvement". This ideology espouses ideas of freedom for all Dalar and economic prosperity. In spite of this, the country has maintained its status as one of Sahar's worst offenders of human rights. The country maintains its genocidal stance towards non-Dalar, effectively purging any dissidents it deems as ritev or "devils". As a result of these stances, Hladmor-Batler remains unrecognized on the world stage, and is embargoed by many nations on Sahar for its genocidal tendencies and human rights abuses.
