Iśa Preśeća (Faźul: Preśeća Iśa Kolyu, [preʃet͡ʃɑ iʃɑ koju]; born 11 June 1954) is a Faźuli politician who has served as the Chancellor of Faźulavaz and Leader of the Moderate Party since 2011. He first served as acting chancellor after his predecessor Preva Śelz died from complications with cancer on 8 March 2011, and was elected leader of the Moderates in his own right a month later. He led the party to a surprise landslide victory in the 2011 Faźuli General Election two months later, leading the first majority government since 1999.
