Kaisen (Kaisen: Kezan, tr. Kezan [kɛzan]), also known as the Kaisen, officially the Republic of the Kaisen (Kaisen: ganǩir wezǩaǩ tr. Ganxir Wezxax [gɑɰ̃xir wɛzxɑx]), is a constituent country of the Terminian Dominion located in Milevia, a subregion of Parshita located in eastern Miraria. It is inhabited primarily by Milevic, Tiengic and East Mirarian peoples, and is bordered by Czisilia to the south. A 730km-long stretch of Kaisen's eastern border follows the 103rd meridian east.

Colonial efforts in the region were first made by Olboros Terminia in the 17th Century, during and following the collapse of the Milevian Empire. The region now known as Kaisen was incorporated into the Terminian Far East along with Czisilia, Farmosh, and Nahali. Kaisen and Czisilia voted to remain under Terminian rule in the referendums on Milevian sovereignty in 1876. After the abolition of the Terminian monarchy and the establishment of the Helsonian Union, Kaisen and Czisilia were reorganised into the satellite state of Kaisen-Czisilia. Religious crackdowns during this era sparked a series of violent revolts known as Hosha's Insurrection in 1940, which culminated in Czisilian independence. Kaisen briefly gained full independence following the collapse of the Helsonian Union in 2005, but later applied to become a constituent country of the Terminian Dominion in [year].
