It contains the largest container port in the Baredan region, and trade has existed in the city since the 11th century CE. The city is served by [[Hajenired International Airport]] and [[Hajenired International Seaport]], and it is linked to the other main cities of Norjihan and to the rest of Bareda by the BURN ([[Baredan Union Rail Network]]).
