Lugida (IPA: /lu.gi.da/, Native language: lugida, IPA: /lu.gi.da/), officially the Federation of Lugida, is a country located southwest of Yerlan, northeast of Xynderland, east of Solesia, and south of Naria. It is a federal presidential republic with 7 states, including the special capital region of Kitraga-Fira.
Etymology
The name "Lugida" comes from the Lithian words, Luget "blue" and Gida "land". Thus, Lugida is literally "land of the blue". This is due to the Lugids' cultural ties with the color, which is represented as "the color of natural harmony", due to it being the color of both the sea and the sky.
