Mordar and Kovatia (Country [IPA]), officially known as the Federation of Mordar, Kovatia and Tarvata, is a country located in Western Vaniua. Mordar-Kovatia is bordered to the south by Shohuan and Xonqorot, and to the north-west by Asota.

Ethnic Kovats account for more than 80% of the country's inhabitants. Mordar-Kovatia is home to a large community of immigrants from all over Sahar. Most immigrants/refugees hail from other Vaniuan nations.

Language

The official languages of Mordar-Kovatia are Kovat and Tarvatan. All government services are available statewide in the two official languages. However, autonomous provinces may grant official status within the province to a language other than Kovat or Tarvatan. Kovat is the largest mother tongue in Mordar-Kovatia with 84% of the population being native speakers. Shohuanese is the second largest mother tongue with a total of 4.3% of the population being native/bilingual speakers.
