Parachiker is an abstract strategy board game from Tzulhon. It is usually played on an 8x8 board. Because pieces are typically not moved or removed from the board, parachiker may also be played as a paper-and-pencil game.

The name Parachiker comes from Harish paro "five" + chiker "connection, to connect", therefore Parachiker literally means "connection of five" in Harish.

Research shows that assuming best play from both players, Parachiker results in a draw.

Rules

In an usual game, there are two players, one uses black pieces, called black, the other uses white pieces, called white. Players alternate turns placing a piece of their color on an empty square. Black plays first. Pieces are not moved or removed from the board once they are placed. The winner is the first player to form an unbroken chain of five or more pieces horizontally, vertically, or diagonally. There are no restrictive rules on either side.
