"Rovenia" came from the Cobenan word for the country, Rovinig, which came from the founder, Roinesoya, and the word for country, "Vinig". Rovenia was called the Madim Union (Vágož Màdí), for the historical name of the region, Màdinò
The government of Rovenia is split in four divisions: Executive, Legislative, Judicial, and (unnamed).
The executive branch is made up of the two presidents and their cabinet. Each president serves one 6-year term. There is a presidential election every 3 years. The current presidents are Eńłaka Lajana Iòvga Kas from Cobena and Oadina Soliš Łìzít Ekàt from Evanja. The reason this happens is because people in Rovenia feel that having two presidents creates a balance and neither get too powerful, and have 6-year terms so there isn't constantly an election.
The legislative branch is made up of the Representative House. Every county elects two representatives, and every territory elects one and the house elects another, with the elected representative's vote counting as 5 votes.
The National Court is made up of 7 judges, two from each region, and one more to break ties that is elected by all 4 branches of government, with the judicial branch's votes counting as 5.
The (unnamed) branch is made up of the bureaus of Rovenia. It is led by Xasòmip "Xasô" Soliš Aigònò Ebêc.
Main Article: Counties of Rovenia
Rovenia is divided into 3 regions, each with 13 counties and territories. The largest region by population is Evanja. Its capital is Consi City (Bèna Côsi). The next by population and largest by area is Cobena. Its capital is also named Cobena (Kòbèna). The smallest region by populatoin is Mirozda. Its capital is Kofam (Kòfá).
Counties vs. Territories
There are little differences between counties in territories. Territories are usually larger in area, smaller in population, and mostly rainforest. Legal differences are that territories elect one representative and the house elects another.
Before 1911, modern-day Rovenia was mostly isolationist, and stayed neutral on most things. After 1911, Rovenia decided to be a little more into foreign relationships, but not much. It tries to make friends, and stay out of conflict.
Science and technology
As an accepting tropical country with a dense population, Rovenia has a lot of tourism. The most popular tourism spots is Cobena City for its landmarks, and the entire region of Evanja for its beaches.
The official language of Rovenia is New Cobenan. It was created to combine the natural languages in the Rovenia area to make one national language, and became popular.
