Ruoŧŧá Rievča Árrasuibmi, Issohká (*12. 12. 1991, Duorbmačálvis) is a Jáhka politician, head of the Ruoŧŧa tribe and the 9th and current High Chieftess (issohká) of Jáhkavarra.
