Samehua Aphucke (1711-1783) was a teacher and a philosopher in the Peccy Oblast. He is known as the Father of Monyo Morals, as he created the '10 Laws on Good Living' and his philosophy of Aphuckeism, emphasizing personal and governmental morality, correctness of social relationships, justice, and sincerity.
