Shelhania (Native language: Cerxarnav, IPA: /ɕəɹxaɹnav/), officially the Shelhan Union, is a country located on the northeast coast of Ystel, bordered by Mermelia and Lufasa at the west. The population of more than 14 million people is highly diverse, with 3 main native ethnic groups and various other groups as immigrants. Its capital city is Ankorau, where most governmental processes are handled and 5 million people live. It is highly known for its immigration policies and social culture. It is a union of the territories that were part of the old Baronician Kingdom and surrounding territories like the Kxuindarate of Kranxram, Kylmia and the Lomesuvan Empire. Its language, Shelhan, was semi-constructed to be an average of all the languages and dialects spoken in the region, with emphasis on Kranxramic and Baronician.

Etymology

The name Cerxarnav (or Cerxarnavecz Ryokúd) come from the Shelhan word for peace, cerxar, previously cerxe in Kranxramic. The name was chosen by the first President of the Shelhan Union, Énerhatoma Cken, before forming the Union.
