Siqinni

Siqinni (Siqian: Sêchnae [sɐ̃χn̥ɑ͡ə]) is a country located in Atsiq. The Siqin are the descendants of Thargian settlers that competed with Osveraalic-speaking colonisers during the settlement of northern Atsiq in the sixteenth and seventeenth century. Culturally and linguistically close to Thargun to this day, they gained their independence during the Jaegian Civil War and have made cordial relations with the Thargo-Qotsian union central to their country's political aligment. The poorest country of Atsiq, Siqinni receives significant investment from its western neighbour, including military aid against the Republic of Jaege.
