• Article I All states within this regional organization are to adhere to the rules agreed upon by the individual members of the Soltennan Council, joined in one united assembly to increase international trade and elate relations within Western Miraria.
• Article II All members are to open up free trade with nations adhering to this union, unless a nation in question should violate Soltennan statutes (by which a sanction is warranted) or provoke another state.
• Article III Individual states may maintain their right to control trade within their nation. While it is required trade be free and open, the amount of trade a nation participates may vary.
