The Soltennan Free Trade Treaty
- Article I. The aim of this Agreement is to promote, strengthen, and solidify, trade among contracting states of this Agreement primarily comprising the full member states of the Soltennan Council with equal conditions of competition, unified under one unified goal of a strong Soltennan economy, hereinafter referred to as the SFTA.
- Article II. Governments of each contracting states shall take all necessary measures, including but not limited to enactment of appropriate and effective domestic legislation: (a) to realize the goals and visions of Soltenna as additionally defined by Article 1 of the SFTA. (b) to comply with member states' obligations within the council provided contracting state is a member state of the Soltennan Council. (c) in respect of sovereignty of contracting states.
- Article III. Contracting states shall develop better trade access and relations among other contracting states through but not limited to increased free trade, standardization, and tariff reduction.
- Article IV. Contracting states may not violate the terms of this Agreement provided contracting states have serious diplomatic, economic, or military disputes with a particular contracting state, or provided contracting states are not in a state of emergency or war.
