The Supreme Commune of Qonklaks, also known as the Supreme Helsonia of Qonklaks (Qonklese: Ikowǫjiw Helsę Kwǫćów), abbreviated to SHQ (Qonklese: IHK) or the Qonklese Commune, was a Kúúlist state in Soltenna. It existed in from 1950 to 2005. Unlike its ally, the Helsonian Union, the Qonklese Commune was a very centralised state, believing that the only way to create a Helsonian society in the future was to "protect its citizens from external imperialist actions".

The Commune had its roots in the creation of the Qonklese Revolutionary Army in 1941, when the fascist Qonklese Republic was waging numerous invasions against other Soltennan states. The then 25 year old Kwǫ Szǫwo was heavily funded by the Helsonian Union to form a militia to fight against the fascists at the time. By 1949, the QRA had amassed over 100,000 members. On May 10th, 1950, the fascist Republicans surrendered. The Qonklese Commune was founded on that day.
