Taraşik, also known as Torosha, is one of the 15 federal subjects of Balakia, located in the north-west of the country.
With a population nearing X million people, Taraşik is one of the most populous states.
Etymology
The state derives its name from that of the Torosh people, a subgroup of Komans who also inhabit the eastern portions of Komania.
