The Terminian Dominion is a sovereign state spanning three continents: Boroso, Baredina and Miraria. It comprises the three countries of Cerman, Kaisen and the Cermani Far West, as well as the Macyeaq Joint Special Administrative Region.
History
The Terminian Dominion was established by the 2006 Cermani constitution, in order to grant more autonomy to Cerman's overseas dependencies.
Structure
Cerman proper
Cerman is the dominant country in the Dominion and administers the majority of the Dominion's affairs.
Utol
Utol, while afforded some autonomy, is generally considered a part of the Federal Democratic Republic as opposed to a constituent nation of the Dominion.
Overseas Territory
Kaisen and the Far West are officially known as Cermani Overseas Territories and fall under the full jurisdiction of the Dominion. They are accountable to the Cermani government, but retain large degrees of autonomy a head of government - the Governor. They have their own elected legislatures, which do not congregate as part of the Cermani parliament (unlike the parliament of Utol).
Joint Special Administrative Region
Unlike the Overseas Territories, Macyeaq is subject to joint administration between Cerman and Qonklaks.
