Charter members, propelled by the Liosol First party and similar ultra-nationalist groups in the area, have grown leery of the South and its policies. Most leaders incumbent leaders have managed to keep these groups somewhat under their belts but as ministers and parliaments change the general consensus of the North is that the Soltennan Council has failed and, ultimately damaged, the Royal Charter.
