Utogo (Uhi Thap: Vtóka ʉˈtokə), officially the Democratic Republic of Utogo, is a country located in northern and western Lahan. It is bordered by Tuyo to the southwest and Kaiyyo to the southeast.
Etymology
The name Utogo derives from the Uhi Thap 'vtók' "home", itself from Old Thap 'ʔùtʰóɠ', from Proto-Thap '*ʔùtʰógà', from Proto-South-Insular '*ʔùtoˈhogà', then from Proto-Insular-Lahiri '*ɨ̰toˈxogä̰', and ultimately from Proto-Lahiri '*ɨ̰təˈxəkä̰'.
