Vasen (sometimes written as Vas en), also called Vaniuan billiards, is a category of skill-based indoor table sports found in Vaniu which usually involves a mallet and a short blunt stick called a chisel being used to strike billiard balls on a cloth-covered stadium-shaped table, often times with the edges curving up and having a rounded trench surrounding it.

There are three major subdivisions of games within Vasen:

Vilo Vasen, or Trench Vasen, referring to games that make use of a convex ring of elevated surface which is typically used as a goal.
Actir Vasen, or Flat Vasen, referring to games that only make use of the central field.
Bonce Vasen, or Pocket Vasen, referring to games that use pockets in the table to score points.
