Western Garuhish, also known as "Island Garuhish", is a dialect of Modern Standard Garuhish spoken on the island of Onakia and a large portion of the western regions of Akuvi.

It is mutually intelligible with Standard, Central and Eastern Garuhish to varying levels of degree, and Western Garuhish is often seen as the most divergent dialect of Garuhish, due to influence from Jutean, although to a much lesser degree than is seen in the Jutean-Garuhish Creole.
