Zinsha-Vogia, commonly abbreviated as ZV, is a sovereign state located in southern Vaniua. With X inhabitants it is the X most populous country in Vaniua. Zinsha-Vogia is bordered to the west by Arkamka and Ohania, to the north by Komania, and to the east by Gushlia. It is the homeland of the Zinshan and Vogian peoples, both Vaniuan ethnic groups. The country's capital is Samārā with 1,537,000 inhabitants and the largest city is Şimuşl, with X inhabitants.
The territory that now comprises the modern country was incorporated into the Union of Shomosvan in 1996. Due to poor supply and communication lines only worsened by rebel activity, this acquisition led to greatly reduced efficiency in both administration and defence. Following the independence of Balakia and Gushlia, the Union was reorganised around Zinsha and Vogia as the Union of Zinshans and Vogians. This was short-lived as a civil war tore through the country in (year), with a ceasefire being agreed upon in 2006.

The South Vaniuan peoples migrated into what is now Zinsha-Vogia around X BCE.
The Osheshdians were the first major group of South Vaniuan people to appear in Zinsha-Vogia. The first written records in Archaic Osheshdi appear around 100BCE. The Osheshdians were united under the Osheshdian Confederation around 20BCE by a man named Savayna Lasadava.
