Eng Nax Islands (Hux Kham: Eng Nax Ntu Simx, IPA: /ɛŋ näʔ nətu siˀm/; Ebo Nganagam: Apgong Yendighak, IPA: /äpgoŋ jəndiɦäk/), is a group of islands located in North Baredina, all the islands belong to the State of the Eng Nax Islands of the Confederation of Ebo Nganagam.
Etymology
The islands are known for their Hux Kham name, however, Eng Nax Ntu Simx, the Hux Kham name of the islands, is a loan translation from Apgong Yendighak, the name of the islands in the indigenous Ebo Nganagam language.
In the Ebo Nganagam language, the word Apgong Yendighak means "Offshore Islands", the word Apgong means "Island", the word Yendighak means "offshore".
History
Eng Nax Islands were dwelled by a specialized group of peoples, the Hyum Nthang people. It is thought that the Hyum Nthang people have lived there for more than 100,000 years and are one of the most divergent human groups in Sahar.
Eng Nax Islands were a part of Qonklaks since the 1400s and was a part of Qonklaks until the formation of the Meritocratic Republic of Myak Kham and was one of the first territories of the Meritocratic Republic of Myak Kham.

Economy
Agriculture and fishing are the main livelihood for most people living on the island, the main type of farming on the islands is subsistence agriculture. Commercial agriculture is almost nonexistent on the islands.
Demographics
Nowadays, most of the dwellers on the islands are ethnic Ebo Nganagam people who moved from the continental Baredina; however, the ethnic Ebo Nganagam people are not indigenous to the Eng Nax Islands, the true indigenous people of the Eng Nax Islands is the Hyum Nthang peoples.
Besides the ethnic Ebo Nganagam people and the Hyum Nthang people, the Eng Nax Islands has the second largest population of the Ebo Nganagam Hux Kham people, while Nganagam Aga Dighagot, the capital city of the Confederation of Ebo Nganagam, has the largest population of the Ebo Nganagam Hux Kham people.
