Tsuinnia (Old Tizocin: Tsuinnafiç Old Tizocin pronunciation: [t͡suãnafit͡ʃ]), officially the Holy Commonwealth of Tsuinnia, is a country located within the Tisnoij region, on the borders of Vaniua and Soltenna, with much stronger cultural and ethnic presence of the former rather than the latter. Tsuinnia has an area of 89,292 square kilometres, and is landlocked, bordering the two other Tisnoijan countries of Temedzen and Aifugon to the west and south, as well as Imoztar to the east. The nation lies entirely upon the Tsuinna river, from which the nation gets its name.

After the Great Ekuosian War came to a close, Tsuinnia, alongside the other Tisnoijan nations, unified into the Federal Republic of Tisnoij. Tsuinnia existed as a republic within the wider Federal Republic. However, after the events of the 7th September Purge, which saw the Temedzene delegates largely excluded from topics of governance in the new Esfason government, a number of the Tsuinnian delegates were compelled to join the rival Uğēnama government in protest. It was this division which convinced the Tisnoijan regional government to secede, forming the Independent Republic of Tsuinnia, a state which existed for approximately ten years. The final years of the Independent Republic's life were marred by the Tsuinnian Holy Revolution, where the theocratic paramilitary group Luxo ūr Jāl fought against the central government and the Kizaros people of the mountains. Claiming victory after over two years of fighting, the Tsuinnian state became the Holy Commonwealth that is recognised today.

Tsuinnia is a unitary theocratic presidential republic, operating along many tenets of Zarasaist law. The majority of the country's ruling class are made up of Shabadist traditionalists, who often clash with the large minority of Kizaros, who maintain their own unorthodox denomination of Zarasaism which is considered heretical by some more zealous elements. The state has become insular, practicing voluntary isolationism in foreign policy. Visitors from Zarasaist countries are permitted, with non-Zarasaists being heavily vetted before entrance. The country has become somewhat backwards as a result of this isolationism, with much of the more modern influences from the Tisnoijan era going to waste.
