Atidek (/'əti:dək/, Herdwate: /atidək/) is a region in Southern Herdek bordering the regions of Zêfek to the North, Chatek to the North-East, Landek to the east, [country] to the south-east, Huzek to the south and the Gulf of Timagha to the west. Its dimension makes it the 5th largest region in Herdek and its population of about 2.5 million people makes it the 7th most populated region. Its capital and most densely populated city is Tavedek (532,950 inhabitants). Other noteworthy cities are Zuhe (295,843), Siradek (183,227) and Urahena (96,713)
Geography
Atidek is the 5th largest region of Herdek, with a size of 48,193.16 km2. It is a mostly hilly region, with mild slopes in the center and south of the region, and steeper cliffs to the north. The highest mount is Mount Ibêle (932 m), in the Municipality of Yuhêfughe, district of Galfême. The Mêthek plain starts in the south-east of the region. Many rivers go across the region. The Nîme river comes from the region of Landek, goes through Galfême, Siradek and Vilek districts and then flows to Zêdek. Meyshida river borns from Mount Ibêle, in Galfême district, flows south-west, going through Jengurzêke and Urahena districts and then enters Huzek. The Gêktame river borns in the district of Vilek and then flows to the Gulf of Timagha, where it flows into the sea in Tavedek. Other rivers are Rêkshe and Uma. The region has almost no lakes, except for a couple of small lakes.
Climate
The region has a mild and dump climate, with temperatures hardly exceeding 30°C or going below -10°C. The hottest period of the year is July-August, while the coldest month is January. Precipitations are frequent, especially in spring and summer. The highest temperature ever recorded in the regios was 37.3°C, recorded in Ihedufa on the 27th July 2011, while the lowest was -17.4°C, recorded in Givuda on the 11th February 1993.

Atidek counts with many train stations. The most important are Tavedek, Siradek, Zuhe and Urahena.
Atidek is also served by five HCG High Speed Lines:
- Red Line (Mayedek-Hazifek) departs from Swêrgeda and Shêfek and arrives to Hazifek, passing through Rwinek, Zefida, Tavedek and other stations. In Atidek, it passes through Tavedek only;
- Brown Line (Tavedek-Yavidek) departs from Tavedek and arrives to Yavidek, passing through Lughifa and other stations. The whole line starts in Tavedek, and passes through Siradek;
- Pink Line (Zefida-Muthighek) departs from Zefida and arrives to Muthighek, passing through Lughifa, Kuteda and other stations. In Atidek, it passes through Siradek and Zuhe;
- Green Line (Shêfek-Mauvek) departs from Shêfek and arrrives to Mauvek, passing through Lughifa and other stations. In Atidek, it passes through Siradek only;
- Blue Line (Uchek-Kinklama) departs from Uchek and arrives to Kinklama, passing through Hazifek, Lughifa, Chunda, Zêfek and other stations. In Atidek, it passes through Urahena and Zuhe.
