Baalkeyng (pronunciation: /bɑl'keɪŋ/, native pronunciation: /bä:ʔl̩keiŋ/) is a city in Ngeyvger, noted for its role as the center of the Ngeyv space programme and operating headquarters of the Ngeyv Oceanographic and Atmospheric Administration.
Baalkeyng comes from baaʔl, "star," and keiŋ, "city."
Baalkeyng has a subarctic climate, with very cold winters and cool summers.
