Covaya (Balak: Jōvayā Côvayâ [ˌt͡so:vɑˈjæ:]), officially the State of Covaya (Balak: Jōvayā Dotağ Côvayâ Dotağ [ˌt͡so:vɑˈjæ: dɔˈtɑʁ̞]), is an island state of Balakia. Its capital is Yehadar. Covaya is the Xth largest of Balakia's 15 federal subjects, and the thirteenth most populous, with nearly 2 million inhabitants.
