The Dili Economic District is a popular scramble crossing in Jikhein, Qonklaks. The neighbourhood is famous for its pubs, karaoke bars, restaurants, noodle shacks, and tea houses. As of a 2019 survey, Dili was voted the most popular destination for tourists in Jikhein.
