Herfeir Minachi (born 1 September 1962) was the 22nd president of Lugida. Prior to his presidency, he was the president of the Conservative Party since 2004 and was the governor of Delan Prefecture from 2003 to 2012. Herfeir was named president-elect after declared as winner of the second round of the 2013 Lugid general elections over his opponent Mose Thalom.
Felufre is notably known for its "Equalisation" programme, which prioritises cities with smaller economies like Sharum and Lazara for economic and infrastructural development, using government-assisted local enterprises as the main powerhouse of the programme. On the 2013 Lugid election, Felufre's approval rating reached as high as 77 percent, which is one of the highest of all Lugid presidents. He was succeeded by Impa Altrail.
