The International Clubball Federation (Waytseian: Itavol Sinægyo Rrijokhðy [ˈɪtɑbɔl ˈsɪnægɪ ˈtr̥ɪɟɔkʰθɪ]), shortened to ISR because of its native name, is an organisation which describes itself as an international governing body of clubball. The ISR is responsible for the organisation of clubball's major international tournaments, notably the World Cup which commenced in 1967.

The ISR was founded in 1891 to oversee international competition among the national associations of Waytseia, Vucheshia and the Way people football association. Headquartered in Txonrń, its membership now comprises WIP national associations. Member countries must each also be members of one of the six regional confederations into which the world is divided: Soltenna (or West Miraria), Vaniua (or Central Miraria), East Miraria, Baredina and Boroso & Nagu.
